  I received the item when the vendor said I would. It was packed securely & arrived intact. The pencil was exactly as described by the vendor. It was ,indeed, used, but repairable. I was able to get it to work again. It now occupies a place on my work desk. I'm very pleased with this purchase & would buy from this vendor again.
