  The company is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. I ordered a computer with a DVD/RW unit and I received a totally different computer than I ordered and the DVD/RW writer did not work. I relayed this to them and they said that the DVD/RW unit was installed and the computer I did get was some kind of upgrade I didn't order. So I had to initiate a return through ebay even though the seller told me they wouldn't refund my money. Stay away from these guys.

  Seller said I would not receive a refund unless I gave a good review. Seller also tried to upsell me to buy a full computer unit in order to receive a $7 fan. Extremely predatory. Avoid!

  This person purchased a System Upgrade - but did not purchase a PC System. We are able to offer discounts on hardware components for people that are buying a complete system. This person tried to capitalize on these discounts - without purchasing the rest of the PC. All of this information is made perfectly clear in the listing description (which this person obviously failed to read). Clearly, this is another completely unprofessional person with way too much time on his hands.
