Absolutely brilliant understanding of situation and response by supplier. Original order reported 'Undelivered / Missing' mid-afternoon Friday to supplier. Royal Mail's response was typically NOTHING. But fully-tracked replacements from supplier received pre-10am Sunday morning. Can't find words sufficient to thank you enough for such 'above and beyond' service.

The adaptors worked perfectly connecting my digital cordless phone to my new Vodafone hub (although, as expected, the one that connected my basic wallphone to the hub works but the phone doesn't ring any more). Great service and value.
