  Arrived today well packaged in oil and bubble wrap. Arrived 11 days after purchase, which is good for an item that came from halfway around the world to me. Looks as pictured, good quality material for the price. I recommend this vendor.

  This arrived with some other gems in a small package. It was chipped; this was not shown on the photos, or mentioned in description. When contacted for replacement/refund, seller very slow to respond, questioned which item I was referring to, and hasn't refunded me yet. Very disappointing, as other Indian sellers have managed to send me items in a whole state!

  Postage was fast. Packaging was extremely good, seller definitely made sure this item was safe in transit. The uncut opal has some beautiful colours showing through i can't wait to see it cut. I'm happy with my purchase.i recommend this seller and I will definitely buy from them again
