  Not easy to work with arrived packed poorly broken , not Recomended at all sad . And would not send return envelope to my address disabled made me get help . Stay away

  This genius sends me 29 emails before he can understand the return process. I accept returns for any reason but you have to return the item if you want a refund. I still don't understand how he planned to return a mug in the envelope he kept telling me to send him. Twenty-nine emails later he managed to send the return.....even used the original box, no envelope required. Some people should not be using eBay. Sellers - cancel the order and save yourself a lot of time.
