    The Cuisinart Combo Oven was FILTHY, burned on food everywhere, Took for EVER to clean it up. Personally, I would never sell an item in such poor condition. Happily, once cleaned, the oven works ALMOST perfectly...the preheat function doesn't work (and should have been disclosed), but we can work around that issue. This item cannot be found new anywhere, so we took a chance. Yeah, I know, buyer beware...and we should have taken pictures.

    We're sorry that your expectations were different than how the item was described and photographed. If you had taken the time to read the listing, the description explicitly states: "This oven has NOT been deep cleaned. Please see photos." Photos show that it is in used condition. It sounds like you got exactly what was described, but failed to take in the information we presented. Regardless, we offer free returns for 30 days, please open a return request if you're unhappy with the item.

    Unit as described in the pictures, works and will be fully functional with some TLC. Item was package well and arrived with no shipping damage, very happy with this purchase seller was honest and shipped the item out quickly! Very good seller thank you for your service A+++

    Love it had damage but it did not affect how it works and it has great performance would understand and just overall worth the value the appearance of it is still great little scratches but other things make up for it
