  I had informed the seller that the item would be shipped internationally, and asked them to pack it as securely as possible. However, when the package arrived, the items were just placed in the box without any dividers or protection. As a result, the products were badly scratched. I also checked the boxes, and unfortunately, the items inside were damaged as well. At the very least, I wish each item had been individually wrapped in plastic or some kind of protective material.
