    Really great experience with Chaz. First, the item received was the one photographed in the listing. No surprises on the condition or appearance of this statue, except that it's in even nicer shape than described. 2nd, it was exceedingly well-packaged in foam peanuts within a new, sturdy cardboard container, so it arrived in perfection condition. And three, Chaz's communications and personal touch are much appreciated. Personalized, professional service. Deal with confidence.

    Thank-you for the beautiful Fry Foval Teapot Art Glass Teapot that arrived in perfect condition. It looks even nicer than described. Awesome value, great packaging, fast shipment and excellent customer communication. This teapot matches another I have except that this one has a glass lid while the other a metal lid with a tea infuser basket. Thanks for an easy efficient transaction.

    The product came quickly and well packaged! Being a retro VCR meant it was older and, unfortunately, it didn't work. But the seller responded right away when we notified him and made it right with a refund, so I'm very happy with him! Great service!!
