  I knew the one ear had a chip but it arrived with the tail broken off and the other ear broken off but the pieces were in the paper. I think it was not packed well as bubble wrap should have been wrapped around the head and tail. It had bubble wrap around the statue, but it was around paper and not secure. I will be able to repair the ear and tail and the ear originally broken but it should have been packaged better.

  If possible please send this. I had 5 charges to my AM EX because I was told that payment through my card and paypal wasn't accepted. I know there was never and will be a problem with either. Help.
