  Buyer used a third-party freight forwarder to reship the item to a foreign country. It can no longer be returned with the eBay provided return label that is generated using the "from" address of the original shipping location. I cannot change eBay's shipping/return policies, and I also cannot control how the third party packed the item that caused internal stress making it fail. My long record of excellent shipping and packaging of high quality products speaks for itself!
