    The item itself is great, I like the UI a lot. The seller sent it out promptly and to their credit it arrived very quickly, but they hadn’t tested the item thoroughly enough. It did not play 4K Blu-Rays or any Blu-Rays at all. To their credit again they did accept my return request though.

    I don't know why you gave me bad feedback. Before putting the Blu-ray on sale, I tried it, as you can see in the photos, I put a Blu-ray in it and it worked. Sometimes things get ruined during shipping, they're not careful in the shipping process, but anyway, I'll refund your money, I gave you free shipping, I paid for the label so you could send it back, you didn't lose your money.

    I finally got a chance to open the package after having it sitting for over 3 days. It was very securely packaged, had issues with unpacking, but glad someone took the time to ship with care. Finally set it up & was able to relax & enjoy the crisp sound for this system. Sound is remarkable!! Everything works & all items listed were shipped. Thank you so much!!
