  Why the neutral rating? It was not my fault the purchase was made. As soon as you asked, I cancelled the sale and refunded your money. I could not refund for the shipping label already printed and paid for.

  Very beautiful specimen. - Arrived here with an injury: 15% of the specimen have been broken off. Communication (=?): Seller didn't answer but refunded the equivalent amount quickly.
