  Thanks for the free replacement of the order. Unfortunately, half of bags were defective and leaked all over due to either a defective valve or parts not sealed properly. I don’t blame the distributor because these problems are poor manufacturing quality control. I have the same shoddy workmanship from three other suppliers that I tried.

  We are sad that, as you mentioned, after the replacement fo the bags, at no cost to you, we still received a neutral feedback because of the Quality of the product, which you stated is not our fault. We contacted the manufacturer and they told us that the connection of the urine bag with the tube is placed by pressure not glued for sanitary reasons so if you take the bag from the tube it most probably will leak as it is not supposed to be pulled in any way.
