I love history and love to find collectable pieces from the past. Everything from Porcelain House Plates, Bells, and Figurines to high quality server ware, glass, and jewelry from all over the world. I am learning as I go, and will share what I know. If you have information or tips you would like to share, I would love to hear from you.     The cup is everything that it is described to be. I was disappointed that it wasn’t ceramic or porcelain or the like, but that is not the seller’s fault at all. The listing says “recyclable” material, and the best I can describe it as is some sort of plastic—almost like melamine. Anyway, the cup is great and I am happy with it. I’ll just avoid microwaving anything in it. The delivery was quick and it was shipped with lots of cushy packing materials to keep it nice and safe.
