  The seller was kind enough to meet me halfway so we didn’t have to do the shipping. She was nice enough to load it into my car. The cabinet is as described. It’s just beautiful. Sold it to me for an extremely good price. Yes, I would say the seller was very, very nice.

  The quality is poor and the face is cheaper looking than the picture. Very disappointed with this watch.

  I am disappointed with your experience! I try to take many pictures to document condition of items, along with detailed descriptions. As soon as I saw your feedback, I reached out to try to resolve this for you by offering a full refund with return of product- but have gotten zero communication in return. I hate when things don't work out- my goal is satisfied customers. That said, if we fall short- I want to fix it. Here at BTD we will review this customer experience and do better.
