    The item arrived spotless and completely fine, as well as being very cheap, and looking like it was brand new! As much as I love this item, because it works completely fine without any issues, when I received the item (a 200V 15000uF capacitor) it was charged to a potentially dangerous voltage of 116V. As a safety precaution, I always check to make sure the capacitor is not charged if it does not ship with a wire shorting the terminals, and this is why.

    We have been working with industrial waste for 42 years and have never had any complaints about the handling of this material. We buy and resell them at auction, but we have no technical knowledge about the product, we only resell them. We always receive guidance from the buyer on how they would like the transport to be done, and in this case, we did not receive any guidance on how they would like the transport to be done. Therefore, it was sent in the same way that all materials are sent.
