  Item arrived broken and not working. I tried contacting seller multiple times eventually ghosted me and is not responding and I have not been able to get my money back. Fan only runs for two minutes and then turns off none of the features on the fan that are marketed with it work.

  The item arrived & when I plugged it, reported an error, well lit up RED & beeped mercylessly, the manual error description made no sense. Took 6 days to get the label to return it. The listing as Two Barrel Home Flex used a term that is not part of the product name. Makes one think that is part of Charge Point, as Home Flex is their trade mark. Gullibly I searched for manuals and only located Charge Point's, Not Two Barrels. Then got email stating that a phone app was needed, not in manual
