  I was a bit worried about fine bone china in the mail, but this seller made sure it was safe in shipping, you can tell he is used to taking care in fragile things. There was bubble wrap and paper, all in a small box to prevent it from breaking in the box. It looks just like in the photos. I got it for a great value and love it!

  The product is in great shape, and it was well-packaged. When the shipping was delayed, I contacted the seller & got a quick and polite response. USPS problem, not seller, and it arrived just one day after the estimate. My son is extremely happy with this hard-to-find toy, and the seller provided it.

  The item description was accurate and the seller was quick to reply with answers to the additional questions I had prior to buying the item. It was shipped in the original box with no other packing materials, so I'm glad no damage occurred during shipping.
