  For those not aware, this watch is was manufactured by the Japanese for the Japanese market and is an exquisite and very well made timepiece. The price is also remarkable! It is a brand new watch with the protective blue plastic front and back, the clear plastic on the band retainer piece, and the tag. I've had Luminox for many years. All now have dead tritium capsules. This Seiko, on the other hand (pun intended) has phosphorescent hands that won't die! Get one. You'll be glad you did!
