This is a family online business that started in 2014 on eBay and Amazon and has grown to be what it is now. Big Jeff initially started this business out of his home garage. Within 2 years his company had grown so much that he needed to rent a brick & mortar which allowed even more growth. This leads us to 2022 when Jeff has purchased his own property with a large retail & warehouse space.     I have attached photos of the advertisement for the item which displayed the purchase date and images of the item along with images of the item which I received to the seller. Their responses (over a weeks time) was that they refuse to admit that they had sent an item which didn't have the retaining ring and my eyes were faulty. They wasted (what should be considered $100 worth of time on the clock to disrespect a customer who trying to buy a $26 product; when it's the customer is correct.
