  Not as described much smaller and very few. I contacted the seller for an exchange and was only offered a small partial discount. The color was good... not consistent though and that's the extent of the positive.

  I offered a full refund, including return shipping, if she returned the beads. She declined the return offer but still insisted on some resolution. I then offered two options: either send additional beads to her or issue a $6.00 partial refund. She accepted the refund. However, after receiving the refund, she went on to leave a negative public review. While her actions were disappointing, I’m grateful that most of my customers are honest and respectful when shopping on eBay.
