    Their customer service was top notch. The plates arrived very well packed. I had one small issue and I didn’t expect a refund or replacement.     Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and the value is okay. The shipping cost was free, but the shipping time was a little long; 8 days from the date of purchase.
