  I received the wrong window motor. The description says left but it’s actually the right motor. After going through the sellers page, I saw that they were also selling the right motor but the picture showed the left motor instead. That meant that the seller mixed up the right and left motors and didn’t bother to research the difference! The quality and price is good but it’s useless since I can’t use it for the left windows.

  I ordered a left window motor but the wrong item was sent. I received a right motor instead. I reached out to the seller and they offered a partial refund and to keep the item. I decided to keep it and use it for the right window without accepting any refund. However, I still needed a left motor. The quality is good and the seller responded quickly so I decided to give them another try and hope that they send the correct motor. To be continued…
