  Item received as ordered and on time. I don’t know why companies insist on putting their logo in the middle of the lid, it’s so annoying and uncomfortable to drink from a mug with the logo incorporated there. Quality seems good a little pricey but you pay for the name I guess, otherwise happy with purchase. Recommend this eBay seller

  I purchased these knives. I realised that I used an old address, messaged seller within minutes, no reply. Messaged the mobile number, they said they'd look in to it, no reply. Item delivered & then returned to sender,. I have messaged sender from ebay site & mobile, no communication at all. I know I used the wrong address but I did try to contact them straight away to use the correct address.
