  I purchased a gold 1oz American Eagle coin from seller. The box arrived at my home, it was clear that the box had not been sealed properly or had come open in transit. The box was empty. There was no coin in the box. I immediately contacted the seller, there response was that the tracking number showed that the box was delivered. That is not in dispute. Seller has refused to file a claim with the shipper and has refused to replace the missing coin or provide refund. Would not buy from seller aga
