Item was shipped securely and it in pretty good condition. It was definitely not new though. The box was clearly previously opened because it opened as soon as I pulled it out of the box and the figure fell out of the back. The bag for the figure and stand were also already open. I'm not super upset about it because I would have opened the box anyway, but this figure did not seem to be new.
