  Seller sent faulty item, very poorly packaged,seller refused to replace faulty item,(life time warranty) Had to use ebay money back guarantee to return item to get my money back!! I did get full refund for item and core deposit refunded after a long wait but never they never returned my core,

  While the purchased item didn't work for my vehicle, the seller stood behind their product and provided a full refund. I would give this seller another chance in the future based on this experience.
