  Upstanding seller! I ordered two of these and they initially sent only one, obviously a warehouse shipping error. I messaged them and they made good by quickly sending me the other one but also an extra one, probably to make it up to me. I would gladly buy from this seller again.

  The item was out of stock. Communication with the seller was excellent. They offered to send the item as soon as it was in stock, but I explained that it would be too late for the purpose that I was purchasing it for. They refunded the money quickly and efficiently. I would buy from this seller again if the need ever arises. Thank you.

  I received my package on time and in good condition. I tried it out and found that the Hot water works well, but the Cold water doesn't work very well. But seller worked with me and made me a good offer to keep the item but get a partial refund. Overall I am satisfied with this transaction.
