    A friend and I opened the box. The round seal to show it was new was removed and only a piece of it was still on the box. It wasn't a full jar, We were able to push the product down inside and there was only half full. The actual product container had chips in the white on the corners. For the price that was paid you should have got brand new. I'm not going to send it back. I'm going to go ahead and keep it but next time I will make sure that we check everything on the seller. We love eBay.

    Finally. I put in a lost package with USPS on some automated phone system, but I was sure if it went through or not. But thanks you so much for your patience.
