    I noticed that I didn’t receive the item that you featured in the video in your listing. The serial numbers are different. (The one I was sent ends in 44) That possibly explains why the machine you sent to me didn’t work. I watched the video on the listing with interest as on that machine it clearly shows the roller going up and down. The machine you sent to me has been returned to you by DHL for a refund that I have received. Thank you.
