The battery connection sometimes worked at others didn't.-Then the throttle gimbal failed within a couple of weeks. but the seller refused to accept a return. I could get around the battery issue if I fiddled with it. I was advised that the gimbal issue could be fixed with a firmware update. But the vendor did not provide a serial number which is required to upgrade the software. Yes the return was declined since the return window had closed. The buyer was issued a PDF file step by step from the manufacturer on how to retrieve the serial number. Buyer also said to "take the return otherwise I'm leaving a negative" SELLERS BEWARE!!
