The Mac mini initially had issues; it wouldn't recognize any keyboards, even though the mouse functioned properly. After 20 attempts and multiple restarts, an ancient Mac keyboard was recognized, and the migration could begin. After the migration, everything is working as expected. I package all items in boxes with safety paper and/or bubble wrap to ensure the inside package doesn't shift in transit. sound like your experience with computers was the issue, 20 restarts? really and you never contacted me? look at my feedback, I give immediate support and have many complements on my shipping and packaging.
