I reached out to the seller and upon providing proof, he refunded me half the purchase price. No hits on the seller, issue was with the quality control of the manufacturer and seller had no way of knowing unless he opened the packages himself.

The cats were smaller and bigger in circumference so we couldn't cut the old heat shields off and put them on, but they make exhaust heat tape for that now though. It's not my 1st choice, but at the time, it was my only choice. The heat tape is supposed to shrink tighter and tighter every time it heats up. The clamps created an exhaust leak, but almost all clamps do too. Not a big deal, I just took it to my friend who has a muffler shop and they took the clamps off and welded it.
