Plugged it in to charge on the last day of the return window and went to use it today and it doesn't work. Im 2 days past the return window I realize at this point but I thought since it doesn't work, they would be willing to accept responsibility for selling a broken product. If I had just changed my mind or didn't like it, that would be no issue. I'd accept that but I think this is very poor customer service on their part.
