Keeps powering down and needs to be plugged into the charger for a few seconds to reset or it wont power back on. After research it appears the BMS thats attached to the battery is either protecting the pack or is itself is the problem. Battery over voltage 42v. Tamper proof stickers were stuck to the top of the case and to the wrapping inside the package so now I can't return the battery per policy. Stickers barely touching the case by the marks it left. Maybe I got a bad one
