The description of the plates on the listing "gently used" did not match the conditions of the plates I received. I know what they look like since I own the set. The gold rims on every one of the plates were discolored and had missing patches. The seller said it was an "honest" mistake. If it was it speaks very poorly of their quality assurance procedures. He gave me a $15 refund. Customer was very argumentative and unreasonable and I was not going to create more of a problem so we offered her a full refund. She did not want that. She wanted money back. Our polite offer was not enough in her mind but she took it. I strongly got the feeling she wanted to get a refund AND keep the plates. When she did not get her way she gave us a negative. Not cool. Check our other 35,000 feedbacks from very happy customers
