Sold me a defective item and when I tried to return wants to charge me 50% restocking fee. I disagreed and demanded return label. Then sent me via eBay a return label with a bad address. For days, FedEx could not deliver the item so it was stuck as undelivered!!! While I patiently wait for the delivery so I can get a refund that never came. Took me a while to figure it out but now I know! It was intentional. Basically none of it is true through, and what is true has been embellished so much so that we look like the bad guy. No, we are not scammers, no we don't sell defective stuff on purpose. Cx also didn't mention "defective" initially, just said "it didn't fix the problem". So they were warned about the return policy for returning used condition items...pretty standard stuff...then they went haywire. As for the return, what a ridiculous claim. Caveat Venditor
