Some of the keycap clips had been damaged so that moving the keycaps back to the normal “QWERTYUIOP” positions was problematic at best…the whole thing was like a keycap-pranks it seems…had to order keycap clips so I can finish. I didn’t anticipate having to do this… (Quality and Condition poor)

I could have ordered the phone that I received from someone else for much less. When I asked for a partial refund I was offered only a $16.00 refund. My mistake was telling them I could not wait any longer, and needed the phone they sent me. This was a very bad transaction. I will never do business with this vendor again, and will stop buying electronic products on ebay.
