When I opened up the old package held together with one staple there were no wires coming out. No way to connect the light. I contacted the seller but they've since ignored me. Ebay had to step in to get my money back. On top of that the seller took forever to ship the item. They even had to reprint the shipping label because it took so long the first time around. Not good at all

They weren’t even taped over! Upon opening there was NO packing material! The box was the size of the printer & had a few grocery bags on top. It was horribly dusty & covered in animal hair!! Upon turning it on it automatically gave error codes. I looked inside & there was yarn inside of it! The ink cartridges weren’t popped in & leaking. Also a broken piece in box! OUTRAGEOUS shipping charges!!
