I know it's secondhand, but it has a scratch on the screen and some dead pixels in the top left corner. But there's nothing to worry about. It works well. The outer box does not contain the tablet. It arrived a little damaged, but the tablet box is in good condition.

I downloaded the app but it just didn't want to turn on. So if anyone is buying this tablet consider those 2 things. -Not really portable -And need a window computer or Mac

It was an open box in the sense that the package had been open at some point but everything was still nicely packed as brand new. I cetainly would consider purchasing from this seller again.
