- 4***m (7)- Évaluations laissées par l'acheteur.Dernier moisAchat vérifiéThe book is not worth the cost of book; I rate the book a 3 out of 10. I have an enlarged prostate and looking for a good exercising book to help with this problem, this book is not it. I wish I would have spent a few dollars more and bought a different book. There aren't any illustrations to show you how to do what few exercises he talks about. I would never recommend this book to anyone!!!
