I ordered toenail patches, they sent some sort of pipe connector. They then said it wasn’t something they sold and made out I was lying. Later they said they would refund me if I sent it back to china at my cost!! At no point did they admit fault, apologise or explain; in fact the tone of the email exchange was rude and mocking. They also ignored the fact that I’d never received the item I ordered.
