The order is fully paid and was scheduled to arrive between June 27 and July 2, but since then, nothing has happened. No order, no further communication from the seller, no satisfaction whatsoever. This is the first time this has ever happened to me on eBay, so I'm hoping to get a good resolution. Can anyone help?

The cat food arrived two weeks after the latest arrival date advertised in the range on the post. My son who has the Costco account was out of the country. He got back home the day after the box arrived. I might just as well have waited for him to get home and save myself $20.
