The hole in the mouthpiece is too big. The pitch is totally inaccurate. This is proof that they don't understand things that any manufacturer that has seriously studied flutes should know. The alcohol-based paint was applied too thickly. When I wiped the mouthpiece with alcohol to disinfect it, the black paint came off and my hand turned black. I don't recommend this product.
