At first, I was worried as the item was shipped in a soft package. However, when I opened it, the item was in much better condition than I expected. I've purchased used games from many sellers, but this was one of the best experiences I've had.

The battery needed to be replaced, it was not holding a charge, and a new face plate is needed because this one is cosmetically damaged (could be seen in the picture), and needed a new charger (which the seller did disclose). It’s fine value, the replacement parts cost about the difference between this and a refurbished consul. As always Nintendo consuls hold up so it is a good quality and appearance.
