Out of the blue this seller got back to me and apologized for the loss. They acknowledged a mix-up had occurred and that they were going to try to see if it could be corrected. I don't think anything can really be done at this stage but I'm so happy to hear it was an honest mistake and that the seller wanted to make things right.
