This was my second ebay purchase for the same item after having a disgusting 1st experience with another seller sending me a damaged bag and being awful about the return and refusing it and accusing me of insane things. I was looking for this specific backpack for my son and I am so glad the second go around with this seller here was amazing. Restored my faith in customer service and small business owners.
