When he finally did he said he had "been on vacation mode". He also took his time getting the scale in for transport. The scale arrived with the factory box tattered and then placed into a box that was too small so the flaps at the top and bottom were left gapped and covered with tape for closure. Against all odds the scale was not damaged and works well. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this seller.
