Seller refuses to take it back . However, with this item, we do not have a DVD version to swap for, so we're not capable of fulfilling the exchange you mentioned/requested. Also, as our store covered the initial cost of shipping, & would also be covering the cost of return shipping, we would be losing money with this transaction. If there were a more feasible solution, we would've been happy to accommodate.
