I contacted the seller (Thriftbooks) and was told that they had no "additional" hardcover book to send me, but I could follow the return process for a refund. Why are they listing an item not in their possession? How can I trust their condition rating, when there was never actually a hardcover book to rate? I live rurally, so returning it doesn't even make financial sense. waste of time and money.

I tried to show him which book he sent. But I got blocked. I have been trying to work with him for 2 days no response other than I must contact Ebay to help. I told him he can send the right one and a shipping pkg. and I would send it back, but I am not sending back something I did not order. Please Help. Thank you.
